Head Coach: Josh Williams

Josh Williams is entering his 24th season coaching basketball and his 16th with the Lady Maroons. He has accumulated a 245-182 record at Clinton High School. His career varsity record is 267-215. During his tenure Clinton has won two conference championships, one conference tournament championship and one regional championship. He was selected the 2013 IBCA District #15 Coach of the Year and the 2011 Clinton Daily Journal Coach of the Year. In 2014, Coach Williams was selected as the head coach for the Champaign News-Gazette All-Star Game and the Decatur Herald & Review All-Star Game. His other coaching stops include the Amboy Lady Clippers, Midland Timberwolves, and the Dee-Mack Chiefs. His philosophies were influenced by his coaching mentors, Chris Gibson and Mitch Holmgren. Coach Williams grew up in Maroa, IL and graduated from Millikin University in 2001.
Junior Varsity Coach: Brian Ennis

Brian Ennis is entering his 13th year with the Lady Maroons. His roles include coaching the junior varsity team and handling substitutions at the varsity level. Brian is also in charge of our junior high program, where he leads practices and coaches our 8th grade team. His main objective at the youth level is to work on the fundamentals that we feel impact winning. He also prepares each player for high school by utilizing our program philosophy and style of play. Brian is a graduate of Millikin University and Argenta-Oreana High School. You can also find Brian on the diamond as he serves as our junior high baseball coach. He and his wife Tammie live in Clinton. His passion for coaching and developing youth athletes is helping define the culture of Clinton Athletics.
Assistant Coach: Madison Nettles

Madison Nettles enters her 6th season as an assistant coach for the Lady Maroons. Madi played varsity for Clinton from 2014-2018. She was voted 1st Team All Conference as a senior in the Central Illinois Conference and 2nd Team as a junior. Madi is a multiple winner of our team MVP award and was selected the Clinton High School Female Athlete of the Year. She was a Champaign News-Gazette All Star and appears on the Lady Maroons all time lists for points 805 (18th), assists 224 (12th), steals 194 (11th), and 3 pt. field goals 66 (11th). Having played and coached in the basketball program for 10 years, Madison offers a wealth of knowledge about our philosophy. Her main responsibility is guard development.
Assistant Coach: Alyssa Saulsbery

Alyssa Saulsbery is entering her 3rd season as an assistant coach with the Lady Maroons. Her main responsibility in the program is post play development. Alyssa played four years for Clinton from 2014-2018. She led the Lady Maroons in scoring, rebounding, and free throw percentage. She was selected to the CIC Honorable Mention All Conference team her junior and senior seasons. She is currently 14th all time in career rebounds for the Lady Maroons with 501. Alyssa is a graduate of the University of Illinois and teaches social studies at Clinton High School.
